Product Substitutions
If the item you chose is unavailable or does not meet our standards, an item of equal or greater value may be substituted. Chocolate in our gifts may be replaced with other gourmet items of equal or greater value from May through September, when the weather gets warmer. These substitutions are done to ensure the timely arrival and freshness of your gifts as well as the integrity of the presentation.

Fresh flower orders that are delivered by FedEx® , UPS® or USPS® are subject to a service fee applied for Next-Day delivery, however the actual service fees charged may vary. For example, weekend and holiday service fees may be higher.

Plants and Gifts Delivered by FedEx® , UPS® or USPS®
Alternate delivery options are available for most potted plants and non-perishable gifts delivered by FedEx® , UPS® or USPS®. These items follow the Delivery Date Chart and Shipping Fee Charts below.



Plants and gifts that are highly perishable (such as selective chocolates) that are delivered by FedEx® , UPS® or USPS® will only ship Next-Day delivery at the applicable shipping fee. Changes to delivery address information after the order has been shipped will result in a $10.00 charge We are unable to process orders for delivery to P.O. Boxes or APOs A signature is not required; the carrier may leave the package if no one is available to accepts the delivery Hospital deliveries: please make sure the recipient is still in the hospital before scheduling the delivery
